Chef Tom Fundaro is returning to Denner on the 28th of September to help us unveil the 2010 Ditch Digger and Dirt Worshipper.
Tom and I sat down a few weeks ago over a pint and some charcuterie to discuss the food pairings for this dinner. After a little libation and some inspiration from Tom’s pork terrine, we designed a 5-course tasting menu to showcase Paso Robles' local flavors while highlighting the distinctions of our newly released wines.
