She’s as vibrant and bright as the West Paso sky with notes of white flowers, fresh rain, and lemon peel. She seems joyful and carefree but hides flavors, like old memories, deep in her soul.  With time and trust she bares ripe pitfruit, botanicals, honeycomb and toasted brioche.  Fermented and aged for 8 months in 30% 500L Used Puncheons, 30% Stainless Steel, 20% Concrete and 20% Terracotta - 560 cases produced

The 2012 Theresa offers bright aromas of lemon curd, guava, bee's wax and a hint of incense. Rich flavors of butterscotch and caramel build a big palate that is freshened with citrus sorbet and an exacting acidity that gives this wine length and an element of suspense. Fermented 15% on skins. Aged 4 months in 60% stainless steel, 15% concrete, 15% used French 500L puncheons and 10% new Hungarian 500L puncheons {50% Roussanne, 25% Grenache Blanc, 20% Picpoul, 5% Marsanne} - 800 cases produced. $38 bottle (Comus Members $32.30)


Beautiful aromas of pineapple, guava, Meyer lemon, and bee’s wax perfume from this blend. It exhibits flavors of butterscotch, citrus oil, ripe melon and orange marmalade. The wine attacks the palate with a broad brushstroke that is quickly focused by exacting acidity, giving it the perfect balance between rich and lean. Beeswax, nectarine and white flowers evolve into subtle mineral and truffle notes on the nose. White peach, honeysuckle and saltwater flavors create a mouthfeel that is both fleshy and long. Concentrated aromatics of honeysuckle, toasted brioche, pears and saltwater lead into a harmonious blend of green apple, lemon drop and jasmine on the palate.
