The damp soil beneath you feels cool on your knees as it presses into your jeans, but the August sun beads sweat above your collar. As you fill your pail, the thorns from the raspberry bush grab at your sleeves. A breeze carries the scent of spicy briar, eucalyptus and a nearby citrus grove. You emerge from the thicket, scratched and filthy yet completely satisfied by the collection of seductive wild fruits you’ve rustled. 30% Whole Cluster. Aged for 14 months in French and Hungarian 500 liter Puncheons, 30% new. 532 Cases Produced.
