This delicious nectar offers thrilling aromatics of apricot, honey, nectarine and toasted brioche. The mid-palate is massively unctuous with caramelized fruit, poached pear and pickled ginger flavors coming through on the long, lingering finish. Pair with dried fruits, blue cheeses and foie gras with fresh honey comb. This dessert wine was made in the Vin de Paille style from 100% Marsanne. It offers a whopping 250 grams of residual sugar, 11 grams/liter of acid and a mere 13.5% alcohol. Aged for 26 months in concrete. 50 cases of 375 ml bottled.
