This bold Grenache offers a nose full of black cherry, wild raspberry, and dried porcini mushrooms. The palate meanders between pomegranate, Pamplona chorizo, and Sarsaparilla, while the finish, full of soft and ripe tannins, provides a subtle grip and alluring texture. Bright acidity polishes this beauty off with a mineral tinged finish that lingers for over a minute.
