Beautiful aromas of pineapple, jasmine, Meyer lemon, ghee, and wet stones lead to sophisticated flavors of brioche, white peaches, and honeysuckle. The palate offers incredible depth and richness, contrasted by a linear and exacting finish that lingers for nearly a minute after the wine is gone.
Aged for 15 months in used 500L barrels and concrete tanks. Minimal battonage. Bottled unfiltered.
Whole cluster pressed to barrels and concrete tanks for feral ferment. Natural malolactic fermentation complete.
