Refreshing and bright on the nose, this opens with aromas of white nectarine, rose water, honeysuckle, and cherry blossoms. The palate brings flavors of blood orange, cinnamon, bee’s wax and freestone peach. The mid-palate is elegant, with just the right amount of weight to give this beautiful Rose a linear and mineral tinged finish that begs for another sip.
Aged for 5 months on fine lees.
Foot-stomped and soaked on skins overnight. 100% whole cluster pressed. Fermented at cold temperatures in a amphorae, concrete barrels, and stainless steel drums.
