Expressive, yet delicate aromas of rose petal, orange zest, guava, fresh rain and a touch of cinnamon introduce this classic rosé. Flavors of Yuzu Ponzu, honey and wild strawberries mingle on the palate. Endowed with mineral laden texture, the long refreshing finish will bring you back for another glass (or two).
Aged for 5 months on fine lees
Foot-stomped and soaked on skins overnight. 100% whole cluster pressed. Fermented at cold temperatures in amphorae, concrete barrels, and stainless steel drums.
