2021 Sacred Burro
Enticing aromas of black cherry, grenadine, tuberose and tamarind merge on the seductive nose. The palate is more powerful, exhibiting bold flavors of seared plum, orange zest, and an explosion of umami flavors: miso, porcini powder and bouillon. The midpalate is robust with rounded tannins and a well-endowed finish.
