What is the difference between my Club Release and my Allocation?
Your Club Release is the set of wines that is automatically charged to your account twice annually.
Your Allocation is the additional wine you are welcome to purchase if you would like to add to your Club Release.
How do I add to my Club release via allocations?
Use this link to view the wines that can be added to your club release. Add whichever wines you'd like and proceed to check-out.
What if I only want my standard Club Release?
You have two choices; you can check-out now or do nothing and we'll automatically charge your account on Feb. 29th. We recommend checking out now because, you can double check your shipping/pick-up preferences, as well as, use a different credit card.

Can I substitute wines in my standard Club release?
Unfortunately we are not able to substitute wines.

When can I pick-up my wines?
If your order processed successfully your wines will be ready for pick-up starting March 11, 2012 please contact us to make a reservation to pick-up your wines. If you purchased tickets to one of the member pick-up events on either Fri. March 9th or Sat. March 10th you are welcome to pick-up your wines at the event.
What shipping services are available?
UPS ground is available for all deliveries. California, Arizona and parts of Nevada can request Golden State Overnight during check-out.
Why do you collect sales tax for out of state deliveries?
To legally deliver wine we must have a permit issued by the state where the wine is being delivered. A condition for holding those permits is that we collect sales tax for the delivery state.
What tax rate will I be charged?
You will be charged the current sales tax rate based on the delivery state. All pick-up orders are charged CA sales tax.
Do I need a reservation to taste?
A reservation is required for all visitors to the winery.
Do I need a reservation to just pick-up my wines?
Please contact us to make a reservation to pick-up your wines.
