An incredibly well integrated palate balances white peaches, apricot and citrus sorbet before evolving into an unctuous mid-palate that is focused by precise acidity. Fermented and aged 5 months in 45% stainless steel, 30% used French puncheons, 20% new French puncheons, and 5% concrete - 869 Cases Produced.
