Tasting Notes: The 2022 Viognier explodes from the glass with aromas of Meyer lemon, peach pit, wet stone, and botanicals. Incredibly lively on the palate, this beautiful white offers notes of nectarine, melon and shortbread. It’s at first silky and rich on the entry but quickly evolves with focused acidity on the incredibly long-lasting finish.

Cooperage and Elevage: Aged for 16 months in 320L French oak cigar-shaped barrels. 45% new. 

Fermentation: Whole cluster pressed into settling tank for 24 hours of clarification, then racked to barrels for long, slow, native ferment. Malolactic fermentation complete.
