A symphony of orange, cranberry, wild strawberry, warmed honey, crème brûlée, chaparral and floral notes of rose hips and jasmine explode from the glass. An Intriguing mix of flavors continue to change with time in the glass starting with white pepper, Kirsch liqueur, clove, cardamon and Toluca chorizo. The savory and fruity components are in perfect balance while the fine, silky tannins are like satin on your tongue.
