2023 Viognier
This long and cool vintage presents itself with apricot marmalade, pineapple sorbet and spiced chai. Floral aromas of jasmine and candied ginger proclaim its varietal typicity. The boisterous nose leads into flavors of white nectarine, almond cake, and meringue. The midpalate is soft with a creamy texture, but the finish is clean and refreshing giving this wine the opportunity to pair with spicy Thai or Peruvian ceviche.
