2023 Sacred Burro
Intriguing aromas of cacao nibs, leather, blackberry syrup and California sage merge into this unique elixir. Forest floor and a dash of porcini powder push this wine to the savory side and play nicely with the chewy tannins. Black cherry and cedar linger on the dusty finish. This versatile red will go with backyard BBQ (burgers, brats, steak, etc.), pizza, or roast duck.
