Complex and mysterious aromas of black licorice, ripe strawberry, botanicals and Chinese five spice explode from the glass. A core of dense red fruit flavors, chocolate truffle, and guanciale mingle on the impressive palate.  The finish is beautifully rich and textured while still surprisingly light on its feet.
