This 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with alluring notes of black currant, Incense Cedar, pressed flowers and pipe tobacco. Anise, dark chocolate, coffee, and cinnamon sway across the palate, shadowed by chilis, plums and grilled herbs. The finish starts with muscular tannins, then transforms into a seamless melding of unctuous midpalate and lingering acidity.
