2021 Cirrus
A dark core of seared plum, cassis, Szechuan peppercorn, and calycanthus introduces our latest cloud series wine. Powerful notes of tamarind, Spanish chorizo, muddled strawberry, and a hint of cinnamon grace the palate. Densely packed on the mid-palate with supple tannins and briny acidity power the long, lingering finish.
