2021 Ditch Digger Concrete

Black Licorice, Sichuan peppercorn, kirsch, and dried earth introduce this concrete-aged Ditch Digger. Cranberry, black raspberry, and botanicals intermingle on the palate. The finish is framed with round chalky tannins and perfectly balanced acidity.
