The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with brooding notes of black currant, humidor, soy and seared plum. The palate boasts elements of black licorice, lavender, sage, and mint. For all its generosity on the mid-palate and mouthfeel, this wine remains incredibly fresh – showing impressive verve on the dynamic finish.

Vineyard: 100% Estate – Willow Creek and Adelaida District, Paso Robles

Fermentation: 5-day cold soak with twice daily pump-overs. 10-day native fermentation with a mix of delestages and pump-overs for cap management. 15-day total maceration. Fermented 100% destemmed.

Cooperage and Elevage: Aged for 22 months in 225L French oak barriques: 53% new, 47% used.

Alc: 14.2%
