Tasting Notes: Powerful aromas of violets, blueberries, sandalwood, and olive tapenade explode from the glass. The midpalate is dripping with blackberry, white pepper, espresso and dark chocolate notes that evolve into a rich mouthfeel and stunningly long finish.

Vineyard: 46% Estate Willow Creek, 15% Bien Nacido, 13% Bassetti, 13% Wolff, 8% Slide Hill, 3% Duvarita, 2% Cristie and Wise
Fermentation: 5-day cold soak with twice daily pump-overs. 12-day native fermentation with a mix of delestages and pump-overs for cap management. 17-day total maceration. Fermented 22% whole cluster.
Cooperage and Elevage: Aged for 20 months in 29% new French and Hungarian oak 225L barrels, and 71% used 225L barrels.
