2022 Grenache

Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and white pepper introduce the stylish 2022 Grenache. Generous notes of black cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and just a hint of hoisin sing on the palate. This mouthfeel is concentrated while still surprisingly light on its feet as it evolves into an impressively elegant finish.

Cooperage & Elevation: Aged for 20 months in 500L barrels, 100% neutral. 

Fermentation: 4-day cold soak with twice daily pump-overs. 12-day native fermentation with a 

mix of delestages and pump-overs for cap management. 16-day total maceration. Fermented 

20% whole cluster.
