2023 Ditch Digger
Tasting Notes: A structured rendition of our homage to the Southern Rhone with Herbs de Provence, Spanish cedar and raspberry compote. A savory mélange of grilled meats, fresh cracked pepper and red plum skin leads to a full-bodied palate. There’s a vein of minerality and gravel running through the vibrant core of this wine, and it will need time to come out of its shell. Decanting and patience are highly recommended.
