2023 Mother of Exiles
Tasting Notes: A sleeping giant of a wine. With time, savory notes of soy, vegemite emerge. The palate is firm and structured, with punchy flavors of blackberries, plum sauce and lingering pencil lead. This is the most tightly coiled and backward wine of the vintage. If drinking early, it will need lots of air before enjoying, but it will be best suited for a long nap in the recesses of your cellar or wine fridge.
