2024 Theresa
Tasting Notes: Generous and inviting; the wine opens with notes of jasmine, mandarin, almond pastries and savory herbs. The palate is full and round, but also savory, with lemon meringue, miso and honey drizzled nectarines playing beautifully together. For all its palate weight, the wine finishes clean and refreshing as candied ginger lingers on the long, impeccably balanced finish.

Fermentation: The grapes were whole cluster pressed using gentle press cycles to minimize phenolic extraction. The juice was settled overnight, with the Grenache Blanc and Picpoul racking into a mix of puncheons. The Roussanne and Marsanne were picked and fermented together in one oak foudre (tank).
