Tasting Notes: Wild strawberries and peach glaze burst from the glass in this aromatic beauty. Cooperage and Elevage: Fermented and aged on lees, in 82% concrete and 18% amphora vessels for 3 months.

Fermentation: 87% of the grapes were picked for rosé based on flavor and acid.  Once in the winery it was whole cluster pressed with the juice settling overnight.  It was then gently racked to its fermentation vessel.  The other 13% of the blend was made by draining juice (saignée) that was on skins for 24 hours providing more flavor and color to the blend.
