2022 Asperitas

Flavors of violet candy, cedar, and crème de cassis are concentrated and full bodied with plush tannins on the richly textured finish. James Suckling: 94 | Wine Advocate: 93

2023 Vermentino

This creamy wine balances its boisterous fruits with stony minerality; lemon meringue and oyster shell, pineapple sorbet and chalk dust, honeydew melon and river stones. On the palate it’s fluid and harmonious, with lemon drop candy resonating on the mineral tinged finish. This wine is simply delicious and will be the perfect accompaniment to all things summer!

2022 Ditch Digger Concrete

29% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 6% Graciano, 5% Garnacha, 3% Carignan, 3% Cinsault, 3% Counoise. Notes of spiced damson plums, sugared strawberries, and prosciutto greet your nose right from the start. Underpinnings of Hibiscus flower, earl grey, and forest floor chime in to support this wine’s earthy nature. Crunchy red fruits and peppery spice frame the palate where the tannins are balanced by a silky texture.

2022 Ditch Digger

29% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 6% Graciano, 5% Garnacha, 3% Carignan, 3% Cinsault, 3% Counoise. Muddled wild strawberries and mulberries are juxtaposed against citronella and garigue. Anise seed, petrichor and red plum notes fill out this massively complex wine. The earthy, savory nature of the blend keeps the open generous textures in check as the finish sails on and on in perfect harmony. Jeb Dunnuck: 97

2023 Dirt Worshipper

This vintage produced the most fragrant aromatics, explosive flavor, and exquisite balance. The non-fruit aromas start with freshly ground Herbs de Provence, chapparal and black licorice, which quickly give way to plum sauce, blackberry coulis and a hint of game. Waves of crème de cassis and fruit cake saturate the palate, but the freshness of the acidity and spice notes keep it balanced and complex. Long and savory on the finish, the tannins are so polished and precise. It’s drinking amazingly right now but will only get better with time. Wine Advocate: 94

2023 Grenache

The 2023 Grenache shows the vintage’s power with a beautiful dark red hue and structured personality. Unfurling slowly in the glass, cola nut, beef jerky, and kirsch emerge with time." Red currant jelly, sassafras and Santa Rosa plum fill the palate where crunchy tannins and a dash of black pepper round out the finish. Like the 2021, this wine will age gracefully in your cellar but if you can’t wait, a decant is recommended. James Suckling: 94 | Wine Advocate: 92

2023 Sacred Burro

Intriguing aromas of cacao nibs, leather, blackberry syrup and California sage merge into this unique elixir. Forest floor and a dash of porcini powder push this wine to the savory side and play nicely with the chewy tannins. Black cherry and cedar linger on the dusty finish. James Suckling: 93 | Wine Advocate: 93

2023 Viognier

This long and cool vintage presents itself with apricot marmalade, pineapple sorbet and spiced chai. Floral aromas of jasmine and candied ginger proclaim its varietal typicity. The boisterous nose leads into flavors of white nectarine, almond cake, and meringue. The midpalate is soft with a creamy texture, but the finish is clean and refreshing. Jeb Dunnuck: 91 | James Suckling: 93 | Wine Advocate: 92

2022 Cirrus

A symphony of orange, cranberry, wild strawberry, warmed honey, crème brûlée, chaparral and floral notes of rose hips and jasmine explode from the glass. Jeb Dunnuck: 97 | James Suckling: 93
